LONDON: Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni won the toss and elected to bat in the World Twenty20 Super Eights match against the West Indies at Lord's here on Friday.India retained the same side that won the two preliminary league matches against Bangladesh and Ireland, preferring to continue with two spinners in Harbhajan Singh and Pragyan Ojha.
Chris Gayle returned to captain the West Indies after missing the previous game with a knee injury. He replaced Xavier Marshall.
